The art book des Mots et des Maux, typogrammes et jeux typographiques is a book that perfectly goes beyond the rules of publishing. The author-artist is here the sole manager of the design of the book: page plan, layout, text, composition, printing, assembly and binding. This bibliophile work was produced with the typographical supplies available in the drawers of the Montreal workshop, using them well
beyond their potential. A virtuoso work of humorous typoésie, this long-cherished project became a reality and a personal challenge in 2020.
Martin Dufour worked for almost 4 years on this book. Since his death, which greatly shocked us in March 2024, a team of volunteers is now working to bring this titanic project to fruition. There remain around fifteen pages out of 88 to compose and print (including the polymer plates for the introductory text), as well as assembly and binding. We would like to deliver everything around the 2024 holiday season.

Contribute to the success of this project, choose from different options!
